Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: $53K - $70K Depending on Experience

As the Food Service Director / Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining facilities. Your responsibilities will include supervising kitchen staff, menu planning, quality control, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our senior residents.


  • Oversee all aspects of our dining services. You’ll manage kitchen staff, create menus, and ensure high-quality food preparation and service.
  • Collaborate with our team to design nutritious and delicious menus that cater to our senior residents’ dietary needs and preferences.
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Monitor food costs, inventory, and expenses to meet budgetary goals.
  • Foster a positive dining experience for our residents, ensuring their satisfaction and well-being.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, sanitation guidelines, and industry best practices.


  • Previous experience in food service management, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.
  • Strong culinary background with expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
